Tony Bastein began publishing a monthly newsletter called the “Gas Can” and in the fall of 1980, Tim Dye, currently the Curator of the Pontiac Oakland Museum in Pontiac, Illinois and a Lifetime Member of GTOAA took over as the Gas Can Editor.
